Counselling for Children & Young People
As a person-centred, trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe, compassionate, and creative space for children and young people (ages 4+) to explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop resilience.
How I Can Help
I specialize in supporting children and young people experiencing:
Anxiety & Worry
Low Mood & Depression
Low Self-Esteem & Confidence Issues
Relationship & Attachment Difficulties
Trauma & Difficult Life Events
Using a child-led, relational approach, I integrate creative therapy, play, and the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) to help young clients express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. My training in Trauma Play and Dan Hughes’ Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) informs my work with attachment and relational challenges.

Creative Youth Wellbeing & Mindfulness
An eight week course for 7-18 year olds.
As a qualified coach in creative youth well-being and mindfulness, I help young people find their voice, build resilience, and unlock their full potential through fun, interactive activities that are both empowering and educational.
Explore their emotions in a safe, creative environment
Boost their mental health and develop lifelong coping strategies
Increase their resilience by learning mindfulness tools that help them face challenges with confidence
Each session is carefully designed to combine creative therapeutic exercises with mindfulness techniques.
The goal? To build a greater understanding of their emotions, foster self-awareness, and help them connect with both their mind and body.
By the end of the course, young people will walk away with a stronger sense of self and practical tools they can use in everyday life.
